Navigation menu update

Navigation menu got a small update. From now if the page is not fully loaded (for example there is a banner or a bigger size image on the page), the menu will be available. Before you needed to wait the browser to download the entire page with all the elements included to get the menu working. (This feature is not working in Firefox 1.0.x.)
