I have been an Avonlea fan since I was a girl and I got to see them on the disney channel. Three years ago the odessy channel rebroadcast them and I was able to tape most of them. However poor quality commercial filled episodes just dont compare to the prospect of all 7 seasons on pristine quality DVD. I cant speak for everyone but I know that I would gladly buy them all.
