The Road to Avonlea was without a doubt the greatest television ever made in Canada. It shows the very best that Canada has to offer. I would like to have the CDs and DVDs in question so I can always take myself back to the Canada of 100 years ago, when Prince Edward Island was a simpler place, Canada was still in a period of innocence, and where the characters still had a place they could always come home to, as Hetty so aptly put it in the series finale.
